Swimming Rules

The AAU Youth Swimming Program will be conducted under the current AAU code and will follow the competitive rules of United States Swimming (www.usaswimming.org).
as modified by the AAU Aquatics Committee.

All participants must be AAU members. Contact your AAU District Office by calling 1-800-AAU-4USA for registration information. The cost of membership is $12.00 or $14.00 AB. AAU membership allows athletes to compete in any AAU sport for the entire membership year.

Age Divisions

*8 & under, 9 & 10, 11 & 12, 13 & 14, 15-18.
*this age group is not included in National Championship meet.
